Cute Grey Stools with Gold dipped legs

Despite the snow yesterday, I decided to paint up a few little stools to offer at Lucille's Market Barn Sale - Chisago City, MN  July 10-11th.  

So excited how these cute little grey stools look with gold dipped legs. After realizing that gold paint was $100/gallon, chose gold spray paint for $3.00/can & wa la!

Lucille's Market Barn Sale - Signs
For the longest time I have wanted to design & create Lucille Market Barn Sale signs.  Younger brother, Dave to the rescue!

And after a very long weekend of working on the signs with fantastic help from my brothers & their wives, I am pleased to say the Signs are Done!  Wow!  Did I underestimate the work needed to bring these to life.

Early Spring....Paint, Paint, Paint

Absolutely love this early spring so I can paint, paint, paint ....... and polyurethane.  Well you get the picture, lots of outdoor time for bringing to life treasures that have been in Barn Storage over the winter.

Rusty Metal Garden Art

Over the winter I took many trips into Mexico, enjoying their open air markets.  While shopping one day I came across these amazing Rusty Metal Garden Art standing flower bouquets & instantly fell in love.  I ordered 6 of them for Lucille's Market Barn Sale and braved driving across the border to pick them up!

Cuervo, NM - Historic Ghost Town or Renovated into a Vintage Shoppe Town?

On our travels home through New Mexico we pulled over to stretch our legs & eat some lunch.  We discovered a very cool ghost town, and our minds were swirling with visions of potential!  We found out Cuervo was a booming town from 1901-1939 until the freeway was placed right down the center.  The buildings were 'beautiful' with their adobe bricks & tin roofs.  Couldn't you see these buildings renovated into a little tourist town filled with Vintage, Antique & Re-purposed shoppes!?

 So much potential !!

Junk or Bust .... Arizona

Just arrived from Yuma, Arizona where I spent part of the winter gathering Good Junk for Lucille's Barn Sale. The car was full but we were able to make a few Junkin' stops on the 32 hour route home, to add additional treasure.
