The Old Depote JUNKtion show was a huge success! Over 2200 people attended the first day, with all 300 early bird tickets sold out. I applaud my new friends Brad & Amy Johnson, Second Hand Rose, PJ Overvold, The Red Umbrella & Pam & Wayne Massie, Massie Creek for coordinating the successful event & I am truly looking forward to vending at the next show.
Lucille's Vintique Booths were constantly packed and sales continued from early morning to late evening. By the end of day one, we had nearly SOLD OUT and re-stocked with 2 truck & trailer loads from Lucille's Barn. This was our first show and the experience was amazing! We are hooked and will continue vending at The Old Depote JUNKtion as well as Junk Bonanza & Gold Rush Days. Plans are already underway for the Good Junk we will be selling ~ watch the blog for pictures of the Good Junk!

Topping off the experience was a visit by Lisa Roberts, TV Host who recently signed a contract with Ryan Seacrest for a new Junkin' show. Lisa wants to do an episode on Lucille's and sent her Producer in to meet Lucille, my daughter Annie and I, exchanging business cards and sharing a bit on the 3 generations involved in the Junkin' business.
News has it that Lucille's will be contacted at the end of the summer for episode filming - PINCH ME!
